Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich BWL - Rechnungswesen, Bilanzierung, Steuern, Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Arbeit werden die Unterschiede zwischen Bilanzierung von Sachanlagen und Immobilien nach HGB und IFRS dargestellt.Die Internationalisierung der Rechnungslegung dient unter anderem dem Zweck, eine bessere weltweite Vergleichbarkeit von Unternehmensdaten zu schaffen. Seit 2005 müssen alle kapitalmarktorientierten Mutterunternehmen, die in der europäischen Union ansässig sind, ihren Konzernabschluss nach den Richtlinien der International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) aufstellen. Im Einzelabschluss haben die EU-Mitgliedsstaaten ein Wahlrecht. In Deutschland gibt es für den Konzernabschluss nicht kapitalmarktorientierter Unternehmen ein Wahlrecht für die IFRS-Vorschriften. Im Einzelabschluss besteht eine Pflicht zum HGB-Abschluss zur Ausschüttungsregelung, sowie ein Wahlrecht zur Anwendung der IFRS-Rechnungslegung für Offenlegungszwecke.
