Die Überwachung von Patienten, die wegen eines differenzierten Schilddrüsenkarzinoms (DTC) behandelt werden, umfasst die Bestimmung von Thyroglobulin (TG) und Antikörpern (AK) gegen TG im Serum. Ziel unserer Studie war es, die Methodik zu beschreiben und die Ergebnisse dieser beiden Parameter zu interpretieren.Die Bestimmung von TG und Anti-TG-Aktien erfolgte mittels Elektrochimilumineszenz bzw. ELISA.Fünfunddreißig Patienten wurden eingeschlossen. TG war in 18 Fällen nicht nachweisbar und in 17 Fällen nachweisbar (0,12 bis 51,32 ng/ml). In 2 Fällen war das TG-Ergebnis aufgrund positiver Anti-TG-Ak (>100 IE/ml) nicht interpretierbar. Bei Fehlen von Anti-TG-Ak (33 Fälle) wurde das TG-Ergebnis danach interpretiert, ob der Test während der TSH-Bremsung (15 Fälle) oder nach TSH-Stimulation (18 Fälle) durchgeführt wurde, und sprach in 24 Fällen für ein ausgezeichnetes Ansprechen, in 2 Fällen für ein intermediäres Ansprechen und in 7 Fällen für ein unzureichendes Ansprechen. Die TG-Bestimmung ist für die Überwachung der CDT nützlich. Die Bestimmung der Anti-TG-Aktien wird empfohlen, da diese Auto-Aktien bei der Bestimmung von TG interferieren. Die Ergebnisse dieser Tests müssen mit den Daten der Klinik und der Bildgebung verglichen werden, um die Behandlung anzupassen.
