Com isso, utilizasse o método involutivo. Esse Livro descreve de maneira sucinta os procedimentos e metodologias teóricas para a realização de uma avaliação criteriosa e balizada nas normas e leis em vigor atualmente no Brasil. O enfoque do trabalho é demonstrar a avaliação de uma gleba com a finalidade de loteamento pelo o método involutivo utilizando o modelo simplificado dinâmico. Para esse estudo de caso foi preciso descrever de forma detalhada leis municipais e federais para uso e parcelamento do solo, além de elaborar um projeto básico para loteamento do terreno avaliado, detalhar e caracterizar, de forma objetiva, a gleba, bem como a região onde ela está inserida.
