O estudo teve como objetivo a composição físico-química do fruto da baga de diferentes cultivares, a seleção de diferentes cultivares para a preparação de doces e a avaliação dos recipientes de embalagem para doces de baga e da relação custo/benefício. A possibilidade e a utilização da baga para a produção de doces criará emprego, gerará rendimentos para os agricultores e resolverá as perdas pós-colheita associadas ao excesso de mercado.
