Das Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, verschiedene Asanas zu erforschen, bei denen die Position des Brustkorbs im dreidimensionalen Raum verändert wird, und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Drainage der Bronchial- und Lungensegmente theoretisch in Bezug auf die in der Physiotherapie erwähnte posturale Drainage zu untersuchen.Diese Studie wird dazu beitragen, die spezifische Asana für eine bestimmte Person, während einer bestimmten Jahreszeit und einem bestimmten Körpertemperament (Deha Prakriti) zu empfehlen. Auf der Grundlage dieser Arbeit können weitere Untersuchungen an gesunden Freiwilligen durchgeführt werden. Die Studie wurde entsprechend den in der Dissertation genannten Zielen und Aufgaben zusammengefasst. In dieser Dissertation wurde der Versuch unternommen, die Asana zu definieren, die die bronchopulmonale Drainage bei einem gesunden Menschen verbessern.
