Die vorliegende Untersuchung zum Thema 'Auswirkung der Spitzendüngung und von Wachstumshemmern auf den Samenertrag und seine Qualitätsparameter von Okra (Abelmoschus esculentus (L.) Moench.) cv. GO-6' wurde in zwei Teilen durchgeführt (Teil-A Feldversuche und Teil-B Laborexperimente) mit dem Ziel, die Wirkung des Zwickens der Spitze auf den Samenertrag und seine Qualität zu untersuchen, die Wirkung des Wachstumsverzögerers auf den Samenertrag und seine Qualität zu untersuchen und die Wechselwirkung zwischen Zwicken der Spitze und Wachstumsverzögerer auf den Samenertrag und die Samenqualität zu untersuchen. Das Pinzieren bei 20 DAS (P1) erwies sich als wirksam bei der Verbesserung der Pflanzenwachstumsparameter, des Samenertrags und der Samenqualität von Okra. Die maximale Verbesserung wurde beim vegetativen Wachstum der Pflanze, beim Samenertrag und bei den ertragsrelevanten Parametern durch die Anwendung von CCC 200 ppm (T3) und bei den Saatgutqualitätsparametern mit Ausnahme des Hundertsamengewichts und des Samendurchmessers (m) beobachtet.
