Esta pesquisa tem como principal objetivo compreender a inserção dos aparatos tecnológicos no contexto educacional no período pandêmico (Covid-19), uma vez que trouxe uma série de desafios para a sociedade, afetando os estudantes de todas as modaldiades de ensino, incluindo a forma como nos comunicamos, trabalhamos e nos relacionamos. Nesse contexto, o uso das tecnologias desempenhou um papel crucial na busca por soluções e na adaptação às novas realidades impostas pela crise. Este estudo analisa os desafios e benefícios... visto que primeiro se analisa um para depois, contextualizar como ultrapassar esses desafios por meio do usos de recursos tecnológicos. Inicialmente, discute-se o papel das tecnologias inseridas no ambiente escolar, como videoconferências, aplicativos de mensagens e outros. Essas ferramentas permitiram que o processo educacional continuasse de forma remota reduzindo o impacto negativo do isolamento.
