Qu’est-ce qui motive les stagiaires et comment apprennent-ils pendant leur stage au Cancer Research UK - CRUK ? Dans le contexte de la récession, cette recherche longitudinale 2009-2010 répond à ces questions en fournissant également un outil de développement des compétences basé sur des preuves. Le CRUK est une organisation caritative financée par des fonds privés et dotée d’un programme de stages primé : suivi 2015 - mise à jour dans l’introduction. Aucune recherche antérieure n’ayant été publiée sur ce sujet, j’ai conçu un projet de collecte de données qualitatives multi-méthodes. J’ai procédé à une analyse thématique des données et à une comparaison des résultats avec l’apprentissage expérientiel et autodirigé du point de vue de la psychologie et des ressources humaines, créant ainsi un modèle d’apprentissage pour les stagiaires.
