Atualmente, as abordagens educacionais tradicionais têm resultado em um descompasso entre o que é ensinado aos alunos e o que a indústria precisa. Assim, muitas instituições estão a adotar TIC e recursos multimédia como solução para formar graduados criativos, capazes de pensar de forma crítica e analítica e de resolver problemas. Esta investigação centra-se na identificação do tipo de TIC e recursos multimédia disponíveis no ensino e na aprendizagem em instituições de ensino superior selecionadas em Zaria, explorando o nível de satisfação do ensino e da aprendizagem com TIC e recursos multimédia, esclarecendo o nível de ensino de TIC e multimédia para motivar os alunos a aprender uma matéria e investigando o nível de eficácia do ensino de TIC e multimédia no ensino em sala de aula. Este trabalho deve ser útil para os profissionais do ensino e dos sistemas educativos.
