Das Buch basiert auf einem mehrfach überarbeiteten Skript des Autoren. Durch viele Rückmeldungen von Studierenden und durch intensive Diskussionen mit erfahrenen Dozierenden und Lehrkräften wurde dem Buch der Feinschliff gegeben.
