Na podstawie położenia osi sworznia zwrotnicy, kąta wyprzedzenia zwrotnicy, kąta pochylenia kół, kąta zbieżności kół, promienia znoszenia, zbieżności kół i zbieżności kół przedniego zawieszenia pojazdu określono parametry geometrii układu kierowniczego. Opracowano układ eksperymentalny symulujący przednie zawieszenie do pomiaru geometrii układu kierowniczego. Nowa technika przedstawia przewidywanie osiągów pojazdu z punktu widzenia osiągów układu kierowniczego i porównanie osiągów układu kierowniczego innych pojazdów.
