Rak piersi jest obecnie jednym z najczęściej występujących nowotworów na świecie zarówno wśród młodych kobiet, jak i osób starszych. Rak piersi może wynikać zarówno z czynników epigenetycznych, jak i predyspozycji rodzinnych. Mamy nadzieję, że w przyszłości kobiety będą miały dostęp do metod leczenia tej choroby. W niniejszym badaniu oceniliśmy wpływ kilku genów na powstawanie raka piersi u kobiet. W ramach tego badania uzyskano istotne wyniki dotyczące aktywności genów odpowiedzialnych za podatność na raka piersi. Nasze wyniki wskazują, że na raka piersi wpływa kilka genów, a czynniki epigenetyczne mogą sprzyjać rozwojowi choroby.
