Questo progetto tecnico rientra in un percorso di miglioramento continuo delle prestazioni industriali presso la società BRALICO di Pointe-Noire, nella Repubblica del Congo. Il progetto riguarda l’analisi e l’ottimizzazione del funzionamento della riempitrice K-123-626 della società BRALICO, un’attrezzatura fondamentale nel processo di imbottigliamento, la cui affidabilità e le cui prestazioni incidono direttamente sulla produttività complessiva e sulla qualità del prodotto. Lo studio è motivato da un elevato tasso di interventi di manutenzione correttiva, che genera frequenti fermi macchina non pianificati, perdite di prodotto, bottiglie ed energia, nonché un calo della resa. L’obiettivo principale è ridurre la frequenza degli interventi correttivi identificando i guasti ricorrenti e ottimizzando il piano di manutenzione preventiva, al fine di raggiungere la regola dell’80/20 (80% di manutenzione preventiva contro il 20% di manutenzione correttiva) in conformità con le buone pratiche industriali, applicando il metodo Lean Six Sigma.
