O objetivo deste livro é descobrir como uma organização pode perceber que está a perder o alinhamento antes que seja tarde demais e tomar medidas corretivas que tenham um efeito duradouro. Como ferramenta para nos ajudar a atingir este objetivo, utilizaremos o Balanced Scorecard para avaliar a metodologia que estamos a propor.
