El presente libro presenta los principios y técnicas básicas de la intervención psicoterapéutica basada en la evidencia científica, desde el modelo ecosistémico clínico, de manera clara, concisa, útil y procesual para el abordaje en salud mental, específicamente en materia de conductas adictivas o consumo de drogas. Este modelo de intervención psicoterapéutico, no pretende debatir los procesos interventivos tradicionales; mi interés se dirige en aportar con intervenciones aplicadas en la clínica psicológica por más de una década con esta población, razón por la cual se presenta de manera amena estrategias de intervención lúdico pedagógicas formativas centradas en un contexto protectivo preventivo, encaminado a la resignificación existencial, mediante la activación energética de los mecanismos intrapsíquicos del ser humano, para favorecer el cambio a corto, mediano y largo plazo, ampliando el panorama de conflicto, reestructurando conceptos y significados y por ende facilitando la toma de conciencia y resignificación del sentido de vida desde la resiliencia, apoyado en la coconstrucción aplicada experiencial a través de la psicoterapia individual, familiar, grupal y comunitaria.
