Il appartient à la direction de mettre en avant les atouts personnels des collaborateurs pour atteindre des succès communs et de créer un équilibre entre l’entreprise et son environnement, entre la complexité interne et externe, ainsi qu’entre les objectifs communs et les besoins individuels.
