L’asse portante della lotta dell’Educazione Rurale, e quindi di EDUCampo, è la democratizzazione della terra e del sapere, ponendo i soggetti rurali come protagonisti dei diritti, con esperienze di vita diversificate e capaci di enunciazione epistemica, sociale, economica ed educativa, in grado di trasformare la realtà sociale.
