Bien que de nombreuses propositions d’amélioration et projets visant à atténuer la double discontinuité aient été proposés au fil des décennies, celle-ci reste un élément central du discours didactique. Ce travail aborde certaines des approches actuelles en rapport avec la formation à l’université de Vienne. Il s’agit tout d’abord des ponts qui traitent du premier point de rupture de la double discontinuité, c’est-à-dire le début des études. Deuxièmement, nous abordons les projets dits d’interface , qui prônent une intégration plus forte des perspectives mathématiques universitaires dans la formation mathématique scolaire dans le but d’atténuer le deuxième point de rupture.
