Mas o governo formulou comissões que não nos puderam dar qualquer política e metodologia de ensino da língua inglesa clara para os professores ou praticantes de ELT. Como resultado, vemos um impacto desastroso no ensino e aprendizagem da Língua Inglesa no Bangladesh. Espero que este livro nos dê uma imagem clara do Ensino e Aprendizagem da Língua Inglesa no Bangladesh desde 1974 até aos dias de hoje e se concentre na solução dos problemas. Este livro é um misto de estudo histórico e empírico sobre várias instituições e aprendentes de ELTL. É a réplica do ELTL no Bangladesh.
