Liber primus agit de medicina in genere, secundus de morbis acutis, tertius de morbis chronicis, quartus de vulneribus, quintus de ulcere, sextus de fracturis, septimus de calculo, et octavus de medicamentis. In hoc opere, Celsus multa de medicina Graeca et Romana scripsit, et multa de philosophia, historia, et litteratura discutit.
