The early Christian leaders misinterpreted Matthew 16:19 which states the same as Matthew 18:18, except in different wording. The keys are for each of us. Heaven co-exists with the world now on Earth. 'GOD is DNA' which means HE lives in all the higher life forms on Earth. DNA is the same in plant life, fish, birds, animals and humans. JESUS cancelled the Promised Land Contract the Jews had with GOD. America is on the verge of receiving the same type of proclamation. JESUS could honestly say: 'The FATHER and I are ONE.' HE had become as a child allowing GOD to fully direct HIS life. Each one of us has the same potential as JESUS. Matthew 18:18 is as binding as Newton’s law of motion: 'For every action there is an opposite and equal reaction.'

The Gospel of John was long assumed to be the work of an eyewitness, usually identified as John, son of Zebedee. More recently, many have judged it the unhistorical product of a ''Johannine community.'' Reconsideration by Richard Bauckham has suggested that the author was a Jerusalem disciple who housed the ''Last Supper.'' This book explores the possibility that he was present...

  • Through the years with prince charming
    Paul du Quenoy
The past decade has overflowed in a raging stream of contradictions. Old certainties have yielded to relentless insecurity over a time when much of the human experience got immeasurably better even as many things only ever seemed to get worse. As Paul du Quenoy’s globetrotting criticism reveals, the arts were in a ferment that matched profound and yet totally unpredicted social...
  • Tommaso Traetta and the Fusion of Italian and French Opera in Parma
    George W. Loomis
In 1759, the court of the Italian Duchy of Parma adopted the inspiration of cultural creators who recommended a reform of Italian opera along French lines. These writers favored combining Italian-style music with the wider range of musical genres and scenic variety of French opera. As the music critic and commentator George W. Loomis shows in this groundbreaking volume, the you...

English identity is being regained. Englishness is increasingly recognised and celebrated, whereas British identity has become more ambiguous because of social, economic, and political change. England has been a nation without its own state for over 300 years. During this time English identity has been absorbed into a concept of ’Britishness’. Britain is a political union of fo...

  • Jesus and the Religions
    Bob Robinson
How should followers of Christ live in a multi-religious world? This book argues that the example of Jesus has something fresh and helpful to say to those who ponder the question. It takes something old--the example of Jesus--to say something new to our pluralist world. Most of the book examines the meetings of Jesus with Gentiles and Samaritans. These are found in some of the ...
