Die Autorin klärt, ob die SchülerInnen im Deutschunterricht der Sekundarstufe zu kompetenten LeserInnen literarischer Werke ausgebildet worden sind, und zieht Konsequenzen für die Lernsituation, die Textauswahl, die Aufgabenstellung und den Erwartungshorizont.
