Znormalizowany Zintegrowany System Zarządzania (ZSZ) umożliwia pomiar i ocenę strategii i celów operacyjnych oraz podejmowanie działań naprawczych w czasie rzeczywistym, maksymalizując w ten sposób zrównoważony rozwój przedsiębiorstwa. W celu zintegrowania strategii z celami organizacyjnymi, ZSZ jest tworzony dla przedsiębiorstw produkcji społecznej (SE). Metodologia ma charakter opisowy i ewaluacyjny z projektem terenowym, nieeksperymentalnym ex post facto, przekrojowym, do pięciu (5) menedżerów dwóch (02) EPS zastosowano ustrukturyzowany kwestionariusz w skali Likerta, poddany ocenie merytorycznej i eksperckiej z alfą Cronbacha o wysokiej wiarygodności (0,97), projektując narzędzia zarządzania: planowanie strategiczne, mapy strategiczne, zrównoważoną kartę wyników, plany sprzedaży, możliwości i zasoby oraz roczne plany operacyjne, w celu osiągnięcia integracji strategii z operacjami w tych organizacjach.
