W niniejszym opracowaniu zbadano zasoby sieciowe, zdolności dynamiczne i wyniki organizacji na przykładzie oddziałów First Bank w stanie Ogun w Nigerii. Populację stanowiło dwustu pięćdziesięciu (250) pracowników firmy, a próba obejmowała stu trzydziestu siedmiu (137) pracowników. W badaniu zastosowano opisowy projekt badawczy. Jednakże w badaniu przyjęto kwestionariusz jako wiarygodne źródło gromadzenia danych, przy czym dane pierwotne zostały wykorzystane do uzyskania opinii respondentów na temat przedmiotu badania. Co ważniejsze, wyniki badania wykazały, że związek między zasobami sieciowymi, zdolnościami dynamicznymi i wydajnością organizacyjną został zbadany przy użyciu analizy korelacji i regresji. Przeprowadzono wstępne analizy, aby upewnić się, że nie naruszono założeń dotyczących normalności, liniowości i homoscedastyczności. Stwierdzono, że zasoby sieciowe i zdolności dynamiczne mają statystycznie istotny wpływ na wyniki organizacji, podczas gdy zasoby sieciowe nie mają większego znaczenia dla efektywności organizacji, podobnie jak zdolności dynamiczne nie mają większego znaczenia dla przewagi konkurencyjnej.
