Der tunesische Versicherungssektor ist mit betrieblichen Ineffizienzen, hohen Betrugsraten in der Kfz-Haftpflichtversicherung (MTPL) mit Verlustquoten von über 100 % und veralteten Sterbetafeln wie TD 99 konfrontiert, was zu Rentabilitäts- und Fehlbewertungsrisiken führt.Es wurde ein erklärendes sequentielles Mixed-Methods-Design angewandt: eine Befragung von 56 Versicherungsfachleuten unter Verwendung von TAM-, TOE- und DOI-Rahmenwerken, gefolgt von einer quantitativen Modellierung mit GLM für die Preisgestaltung in der Nichtlebensversicherung, Kaplan-Meier für Sterblichkeit/Verluste, logistische Regression für die Stornovorhersage, Random Forest für die Betrugserkennung und ein Chatbot-Prototyp für die Schadenbearbeitung. Die beobachtete Sterblichkeit liegt 17-18% unter TD 99 (Kapitel 6). Die Stornovorhersage erreicht eine AUC ≈ 0,96 (95% CI: 0,942-0,978) [Tabelle 16]. Die Betrugserkennung ergibt AUC ≈ 0,805 (95% CI: 0,801-0,898) [Tabelle 24]. Der Chatbot verkürzt die Durchlaufzeiten von Schadensfällen um 40 % [Tabelle 18], was zu geschätzten Gewinnen von TND 2.029.750 (~USD 648.880) führt [Tabelle 43].
