Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Die Arbeit widmet sich der Aufgabe, die durch die aktuelle Steuerreform erfolgten Änderungen des Ertragsteuerrechts in die Verfahren einer kapitalmarktorientierten Unternehmensbewertung - hier vordringlich nach dem APV-Ansatz - einzuarbeiten und die aus der bekannten Kapitalstrukturproblematik resultierenden Folgerungen herauszustellen. Im 2. Kapitel wird hierzu ein sog. Grundmodell dargestellt und die Möglichkeiten der Einbeziehung von Steuern aufgezeigt. Hierbei wird es nicht versäumt, die Einbeziehungsfrage vor dem Hintergrund der Corporate Governance-Diskussion zu problematisieren. Die formale Einbeziehung der Steuerreformänderungen wird im 3. Kapitel dargestellt. Im 4. Kapitel werden die erkannten Steuerrechtsänderungen in formaler Sicht zu steuerreduzierten Wertbeitragsänderungen bei eigenfinanzierten Unternehmen mit privater Verschuldung der Anteilseigner und fremdfinanzierten Unternehmen verdichtet und an Hand eines Beispiels verdeutlicht. Das 5. Kapitel stellt nun die Kapitalstrukturproblematik auf der Grundlage des APV-Ansatzes dar. Das 6. Kapitel illustriert die bisher theoretisch getroffenen Aussagen durch ein fast 70 seitiges Beispiel einer Unternehmensbewertung nach APV-Ansatz, in welcher zielführende Ableitungen von Aussagen zur optimalen Ausschüttungspolitik und besonders zur Sinnhaftigkeit der mittels Thesaurierung durchgeführten Rückführung von Fremdkapital getroffen werden.
