Aspekte der Finanzierung des brasilianischen Bildungswesens ist eine Aktionsforschung, deren Ziel es ist, einige Punkte zur Finanzierung des Bildungswesens in Brasilien aufzuzeigen, ein Thema, das im Vergleich zu anderen Themen im Zusammenhang mit der öffentlichen Bildung in den Hintergrund geraten ist, obwohl es alle anderen Themen durchzieht, da ohne Finanzierung keine Maßnahmen durchgeführt werden können. So wurde versucht, sich über die Zuständigkeiten des Bundes, der Bundesstaaten und der Gemeinden im Bereich der nationalen Bildung zu informieren und Aspekte der Finanzierung der Grundbildung in Brasilien kennenzulernen, um aufzuzeigen, wie sich dies in den kommunalen Haushalten niederschlägt und den Schulalltag beeinflusst. Der Text ist zu einem Bericht darüber geworden, wie Bildungspolitik umgesetzt wird.
