Die städtische Infrastruktur und das Pflastersystem, bestehend aus Asphalt, Entwässerung, Gehwegen und Signalanlagen, wirken sich direkt auf die Lebensqualität der Bevölkerung aus, die diese Dienste täglich nutzt. Ziel dieser Studie war es daher, die Wahrnehmung der Nutzer in Bezug auf die Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem städtischen Pflastersystem in fünf Randbezirken der Gemeinde Aparecida de Goiânia-GO zu überprüfen und zu verstehen: Vila Romana 1 und 2, Madre Germana 1 und 2, Jardim Tiradentes. Zu diesem Zweck wurde ein Fragebogen entwickelt, der sowohl online als auch persönlich eingesetzt wurde, damit die Benutzer einige der Elemente, aus denen das Pflastersystem dieser Stadtteile besteht, anhand einer Likert-Skala (mit Werten von 1 bis 5) bewerten konnten. Die gewonnenen Daten zeigen im Allgemeinen, dass die Nutzer haben eine Wahrnehmung kompatibel mit dem, was tatsächlich passiert in der Nachbarschaft, in der Regel mehr ausdrucksstark für die Nachbarschaften, die keine Versorgung mit Dienstleistungen in der Pflasterung System haben.
