Ce livre est le résultat d’une étude menée dans le but d’identifier la vulnérabilité socio-environnementale des municipalités qui composent le bassin de la rivière Moxotó (Pernambuco - Brésil). Le bassin du Moxotó est situé dans la région semi-aride de Pernambuco, l’une des régions les plus vulnérables à la pauvreté et aux impacts environnementaux de l’État. En outre, le résultat final de cette étude est une proposition méthodologique pour la construction d’un indice de vulnérabilité socio-environnementale qui intègre des indicateurs physiques, environnementaux, sociaux et économiques, dans le but d’identifier les municipalités les plus vulnérables au changement climatique.
