In dieser Dissertation werden die Qualitätssicherungsergebnisse von vier akademischen und unterstützenden Einheiten mit schlüssigen, statistisch signifikanten Ergebnissen untersucht. Diese Untersuchung wurde an der Universität von Kwa-Zulu Natal durchgeführt. Die Schlussfolgerungen sind auf das Qualitätssicherungsparadigma anwendbar. Es handelt sich um eine Benchmark-Studie über Empfehlungen und Umsetzungen, die nach einer Qualitätssicherungsprüfung vorgenommen wurden.
