Inhaltsangabe:Gang der Untersuchung: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, notwendige Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche Einführung von Teamarbeit zu erörtern und mittels einer empirischen Untersuchung den aktuellen Stand der Projektarbeitsgruppen des Unternehmens zu untersuchen, und auf Basis der ermittelten Daten und ihrer Interpretation Perspektiven für die zukünftige Projektarbeit aufzuzeigen. Um dieses Vorhaben umzusetzen, orientiert sich diese Arbeit an folgendem Aufbau: Kapitel 2: Definition und Unterscheidung von herkömmlichen Arbeitsgruppen und einem Team anhand verschiedener Kriterien. Kapitel 3: Die Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche Einführung von Teamarbeit, angefangen bei der organisatorischen Verankerung bis hin zu notwendigen Strukturen und Prozessen, werden erörtert. Weiterhin wird kurz auf die Leistungsüberlegenheit von Teams sowie auf Vergütung und Anreize von Teamarbeit eingegangen. Kapitel 4: Näher erläutert wird eine Variante der Teamarbeit - das Arbeiten in Projekten. Neben der Zusammenstellung eines Projektteams werden u.a. die Teamentwicklung und die Kernprobleme der Projektarbeit aufgezeigt. Kapitel 5: Nach einer kurzen Darstellung des Unternehmens wird auf die Projektarbeit im Rahmen des Gesamtprojekts PRO-FIT 2001 eingegangen. Im Anschluß daran werden die Ergebnisse einer mündlichen Befragung dargestellt, die in Form von Interviews mit Projektteam-Mitgliedern und Projektteamleitern erarbeitet wurden.
