Isolde Rehm rekonstruiert vor dem Hintergrund der flächendeckenden Einführung ganztägig arbeitender Schulen die Perspektiven von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern, die den Übergang vom Halbtags- zum Ganztagsbetrieb bewältigen. Die empirische Studie zeigt, dass an neu eingerichteten Ganztagsschulen bestehende Widerspruchsverhältnisse an die Oberfläche geholt werden, die den Lehrerinnen und Lehrern Deutungen nahelegen, die die antinomischen Pole Nähe, Autonomie, Differenzierung und Interaktion stärker gewichten.
