Sobre IBD

Immunsuppressiva (IS) sind ein Eckpfeiler in der Behandlung chronisch-entzündlicher Darmerkrankungen (CED) und bergen somit das Risiko einer Reaktivierung des Hepatitis-B-Virus (rHBV). Die Prävalenz der HBV-Infektion ist bei Patienten mit CED höher als in der Allgemeinbevölkerung. Bei CED-Patienten ist ein Screening auf HBV obligatorisch. Bei einer IS-Behandlung erfordert HBV je nach serologischem Status und Reaktivationsrisiko eine präemptive oder manchmal prophylaktische Behandlung. Bei seronegativen Patienten wird eine HBV-Impfung empfohlen.
