Ce livre est conçu comme une ressource interactive permettant de mieux comprendre le virus Zika, ses modes de transmission, la physiopathologie de la maladie, les efforts mondiaux, les défis et les perspectives de développement de vaccins et d’agents antiviraux. Dans ce livre, les auteurs ont également inclus un chapitre dans lequel une approche immunoinformatique est utilisée pour prédire le vaccin peptidique à base d’épitopes contre le virus Zika qui a déjà été publié dans le Journal of Immunology et ce modèle sera utile pour concevoir et prédire de nouveaux candidats vaccins. Nous espérons qu’à l’avenir ce livre sera très utile aux chercheurs qui travaillent sur le virus Zika.
