The mind is a sophisticated computational thinking system that houses and holds our cognitive functions required for thinking, reasoning, feeling, the ability to understand, memory, imagination, and our personal point of view. Did you know that the mind thinks and processes between 60,000-80,000 thoughts a day, and 2,500-3,300 thoughts per hour? Although the mind is uniquely complex, it is important that we use simplistic measures to protect it. Not every thought that flows through your mind, is a thought that you need to entertain. Some of those thoughts must be examined, and either stored in our mental hard drive that shapes our life or deleted so that our emotions do not have to wrestle with a corrupted thought.
