Artikel 62, II, des CLT besagt, dass Mitarbeiter in Vertrauenspositionen nicht der Arbeitstagsgrenze unterliegen, wenn sie eine zusätzliche Zahlung von vierzig Prozent über dem jeweiligen effektiven Gehalt erhalten. Die Gesetzgebung enthält keine genaue Definition von Vertrauensstellungen, sie schweigt über die Berechnungsgrundlage des besagten zusätzlichen Gehalts und es bestehen Zweifel an der Vereinbarkeit von Artikel 62 des CLT mit CF/88.
