In der vorliegenden Studie wurden die Auswirkungen des trockenen Gleitverschleißverhaltens von Aluminiumverbundwerkstoffen untersucht. In diesem Projekt wurde die Aluminiummatrix mit SiC und MoS2 verstärkt. Als Matrix wird eine Aluminiumlegierung der Serie Al6061 verwendet, als Verstärkungen werden Siliziumkarbidpartikel (SiC) und Molybdändisulfidpartikel (MoS 2 ) eingesetzt. Die Verbundwerkstoffe werden im Stir-Casting-Verfahren hergestellt , um die Materialkombination zur Minimierung des Verschleißes auszuwählen . In der Al6061-Matrix wurden die Verstärkungen SiC und MoS 2 in drei Schritten von 3 bis 5 Gew.-% variiert . Metallmatrix-Verbundwerkstoffe vor allem auf verbesserte spezifische Festigkeit und Verschleißfestigkeit Anwendung. Das trockene Gleitverschleißverhalten wurde mit Hilfe einer Stift-Scheibe-Apparatur analysiert. Außerdem wurde die Anpassung des Tests mit der optimalen Parameterkombination zur Validierung der Taguchi-Ergebnisse durchgeführt .
