Este estudio abordó la validación del Test de Grasha: Teaching Styles Inventory Versión 3.0 para evaluar estilos de enseñanza en docentes de nivel secundario en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local N°02 La Esperanza. Los antecedentes destacan la importancia de validar estos estilos, respaldados por investigaciones previas que enfatizan la eficacia de enfoques centrados en el aprendizaje y la relevancia de las cualidades personales de los profesores. La muestra incluyó un total de 383 docentes, con un 53.7 % de mujeres y un 46.7 % de hombres. La metodología implicó la aplicación del Test de Grasha y un análisis estadístico detallado con medidas de tendencia central. Los resultados revelaron que el estilo ''Facilitador'' fue el más predominante (5.71 ± 0.67), seguido por el ''Delegador'' (5.00 ± 0.72).
