Quatre questions de recherche et hypothèses ont été utilisées avec une population de 4 010 personnes et un échantillon de 400 personnes. Sur la base des conclusions, qui incluent l’indisponibilité des installations d’apprentissage en ligne et l’existence d’obstacles à l’apprentissage en ligne, il a été recommandé, entre autres, que les écoles polytechniques utilisent le Fonds fiduciaire pour l’enseignement supérieur afin de moderniser leurs installations TIC.
