Sobre IBD

Las TIC han estado presente en el ámbito escolar chileno desde los años 90 con la iniciativa ENLACES, actualmente, Centro de Innovación. En un comienzo la política pública sobre TIC en educación se preocupó de garantizar la cobertura de equipos y recursos, para luego centrarse en alfabetizar digitalmente a los profesores en ejercicio. Desde el curriculum, los esfuerzos se centraron en desarrollar una propuesta de incorporación de Estándares TIC en la Formación Inicial Docente (FID). Sin embargo, esta incorporación no ha permeado en los planes de formación docente de las instituciones de educación superior. Este punto ha generado barreras para el desempeño del profesorado en el desarrollo de los aprendizajes esperados sobre habilidades digitales que establece el currículo de educación. El foco de esta investigación tiene relación con las barreras del profesorado de matemáticas para desarrollar los aprendizajes curriculares esperados sobre habilidades digitales, y conocer las oportunidades que les genera. Luego de utilizar un diseño de investigación mixto secuencial exploratorio se concluye que existe una alta cantidad de obstaculizadores más que de facilitadores del profesorado.
