L’usinage par décharge électrique optimisé par l’IA pour la fabrication de précision Résumé L’usinage par décharge électrique (EDM) est un processus d’usinage non traditionnel largement utilisé qui permet d’obtenir une grande précision et des formes géométriques complexes dans des matériaux difficiles à usiner. Cependant, l’optimisation des paramètres de l’EDM reste un défi en raison de sa nature stochastique et de sa dépendance à l’égard de multiples variables de processus. L’intégration de techniques d’intelligence artificielle (IA) dans l’électroérosion est apparue comme une approche transformatrice permettant d’améliorer l’efficacité, la précision et la qualité de la surface. Cette étude explore diverses méthodologies basées sur l’IA telles que l’apprentissage automatique, les réseaux neuronaux artificiels, la logique floue et les algorithmes génétiques pour optimiser les paramètres du processus d’électroérosion. L’objectif est de développer un cadre d’optimisation complet basé sur l’IA afin d’améliorer les performances d’usinage, de réduire l’usure des outils et d’augmenter les taux d’enlèvement de matière.
