NOS ANCÊTRES LES EKANG N’NA: Origines migratoires et généalogie de la noblesse Bebeusseum du village Mboukok à Santchou, dans la région de l’ouest Cameroun ist ein Buch, das die Ursprünge und die Geschichte der Bebeusseum-Gemeinschaft des Ekang-teuh-Klans, einer Bantu-Entität im Westen Kameruns, erforscht. Da es nur wenig Literatur über diese Gemeinschaft gibt, schlägt das Buch einen anthropologischen und historischen Ansatz vor, um ihren Migrationsweg nachzuvollziehen.Anhand einer eingehenden Analyse werden vier Hypothesen aufgestellt, um die Ursprünge dieser Gemeinschaft zu erklären:- Die große Migrationsbewegung des Volkes der Ekang n’na um das 13.- Die Ausbreitung des Bantu-Volkes- Die mythischen Ursprünge der Mbo, die aus der mündlichen Überlieferung stammen.- Die Onomastik (Anthroponymie und Toponymie)Die Bebeusseum des Ekang-teuh-Klans spielen eine zentrale Rolle in der Geschichte des Dorfes Mboukok und sind seit dem frühen 18. Jahrhundert Inhaber der politischen und traditionellen Macht. Dieses Buch leistet einen bedeutenden Beitrag zum Verständnis der Geschichte und Kultur dieser Gemeinschaft und im weiteren Sinne der soziologischen Komponenten der Region Westkamerun.
