Dans cette recherche, j’ai cherché à mettre en lumière une réflexion sur l’érudition des juristes brésiliens dans la rédaction des actes juridiques. Le corpus de cette recherche est constitué de deux cas d’improbité administrative impliquant des administrateurs publics brésiliens de villes de l’intérieur de l’État du Paraná. Les noms des personnes impliquées ont été remplacés par des noms fictifs afin de préserver l’identité des personnes accusées par les procureurs d’irrégularité administrative. La lecture des documents judiciaires permet de conclure que l’érudition fait partie du vocabulaire juridique, car il s’agit d’une pratique discursive justifiée par des questions historiques et sociales.
