La prévalence des faux certificats constitue un défi important pour l’intégrité des établissements d’enseignement et des employeurs. Cette étude présente le développement d’un système de vérification des certificats en ligne visant à améliorer l’efficacité, la flexibilité et la sécurité des processus d’authentification des certificats. Le système proposé adopte une méthodologie de conception descendante et utilise MongoDB, une base de données NoSQL, pour surmonter les limites d’évolutivité et de durabilité associées aux bases de données relationnelles. Les principales caractéristiques sont une interface conviviale pour la vérification des certificats, des capacités de stockage robustes pour les dossiers des diplômés et la possibilité de valider les certificats à l’aide d’identifiants uniques délivrés aux diplômés. Le système facilite également la vérification des certificats en temps réel, réduit la dépendance à l’égard des processus manuels et fournit un stockage sécurisé des données institutionnelles. Grâce à la mise en œuvre et aux tests, le système démontre une efficacité opérationnelle significative et des améliorations de la fiabilité, offrant une solution abordable et évolutive pour la vérification des certificats dans les établissements d’enseignement.
