UN HAUT DEGRÉ DE CONFIDENTIALITÉ DU PATIENT DANS LE MODÈLE D’ÉCHANGE D’INFORMATIONS DE SANTÉ CENTRÉ SUR LE PATIENT EN UTILISANT LA TECHNIQUE DE SÉCURITÉ DU CLOUD L’objectif est de fournir une solution aux problèmes identifiés de sécurité, de complexité des clés et de révocation de l’utilisateur. Le système résoudra les problèmes de sécurité et de gestion des clés en utilisant le cryptage homomorphique. L’objectif du cadre est de sécuriser les PHR et les données externalisées. Les propriétaires de PHR peuvent spécifier des politiques d’accès personnalisées basées sur les rôles pendant le cryptage des fichiers. La mise en œuvre de la technique de cryptage basée sur les attributs (ABE) est utilisée pour réaliser un contrôle d’accès aux données ne-grained et évolutif pour les PHR afin de crypter le fichier PHR de chaque patient.
