Es gibt zwei Arten von Stress. Positiver Stress wird als Eustress bezeichnet. Ursachen von Stress, Stress entsteht durch die Anforderungen und den Druck, die wir empfinden. Die Auswirkungen können körperlicher, geistiger und emotionaler Natur sein. Auch wenn wir versuchen, unser Leben aufzuteilen, sind wir doch ganze Wesen. Was bei der Arbeit passiert, kann sich auf das auswirken, was zu Hause passiert - oder umgekehrt. Was den einen aufregt, kann ein anderer gut verkraften.
