Die durchgeführte Analyse zeigt, dass Hanglage, Höhenlage und Bodenbeschaffenheit einen großen Einfluss auf die Ausprägung des Hochwasserrisikos im Untersuchungsgebiet haben. Dies ist auf die große Höhe, die steilen Hänge und die hohen Niederschlagswerte zurückzuführen, die einen stärkeren Oberflächenabfluss verursachen, der die tiefer gelegenen Gebiete beeinträchtigt. Die Anfälligkeit der Bevölkerung für Überschwemmungsrisiken hängt mit den wirtschaftlichen Bedingungen, der Bebauung der Risikogebiete, insbesondere derjenigen, die sich innerhalb der Wasserläufe (Wasserlinien) und an steilen Hängen ohne Schutzmauern befinden, sowie mit der unzureichenden Flächennutzungsplanung der zuständigen Behörden zusammen. Was die Wahrnehmung dieser Risiken anbelangt, so ist festzustellen, dass einige Menschen eine schlechte Wahrnehmung haben, obwohl es eine gewisse Risikokultur gibt.
