Dieser Text analysiert, inwiefern Theorien zur Übergangsjustiz die Rolle von Frauen im kolumbianischen Konflikt und Friedensprozess berücksichtigen. Nach einer Darstellung des spezifischen Kontexts des kolumbianischen Konflikts und Friedensprozesses und der Rolle, die Frauen darin spielen können, werden feministische Theorien herangezogen, um die Forschungsfrage zu beantworten: Inwieweit können feministische Ansätze zur Übergangsjustiz dazu beitragen, die vielfältigen Rollen von Frauen im kolumbianischen Konflikt und Friedensprozess zu berücksichtigen? Die Analyse betrachtet die Handlungsfähigkeit von (1) Frauen als Überlebende geschlechtsspezifischer Gewalt, von (2) Frauen als Gewalttäterinnen und von (3) Frauen als Friedensstifterinnen. Dabei wird ermittelt, welche Arten von Handlungsfähigkeit diese Frauen ausüben und mit welchen geschlechtsspezifischen Ungerechtigkeiten sie konfrontiert sind.
