Oggi è un’ottima occasione per presentare al pubblico questo testo scritto quando TV Brasil era appena nata e arricchire così il dibattito attuale sull’emittente televisiva pubblica che ancora fatica a differenziarsi dal governo e a identificarsi maggiormente con il pubblico, a distinguersi dal privato e ad ottenere risorse per la sua indipendenza funzionale.
