A tutoria entre iguais é um método de aprendizagem cooperativa, através do qual um aluno (o aluno tutor) aprende ao ensinar seu colega (o aluno tutorado) que, por sua vez, aprende graças à ajuda personalizada e permanente que recebe do aluno tutor. Assim, é uma estratégia que aproveita, em termos pedagógicos, as diferenças entre os alunos e nos permite ver a diversidade como um recurso e não como um problema.
